RELGIL TECHNOLOGIES LTD operates a secure multi-vendor marketplace. While delivery OTP release is final for funds, we enforce strict merchant guidelines for technical faults.

The 7-Day Technical Window

While the Delivery OTP confirms the physical receipt of your item and initiates the release of funds to the vendor, Relgil enforces a 7-day technical window. If a factory defect is discovered after delivery, we mediate between you and the vendor to ensure a resolution, replacement, or refund.

Covered Issues

  • • Hidden factory defects
  • • Functional failure (won't charge/boot)
  • • Item not matching technical specs

Not Covered

  • • Physical damage after OTP release
  • • Software tampering or rooting
  • • "Change of mind" on used items

Post-Delivery Mediation

If an issue arises after you have provided the OTP, the following protocol applies:

1. Direct Communication

You must notify our support team immediately. We will open a dispute case and contact the vendor on your behalf to arrange for technical inspection.

2. Vendor Liability

Under the Relgil Merchant Agreement, vendors are legally bound to replace or refund any item with a proven factory defect reported within the 7-day window, regardless of fund release.

Shipping & Return Costs

Defective Items: Free Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective product or an error by the vendor (wrong item sent), the return shipping is free for the customer. The vendor is solely responsible for arranging and paying for the pickup/logistics to retrieve the item.

Change of Mind: Customer Responsibility

For change-of-mind returns (sealed items only), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This must be coordinated directly with the vendor.

Resolution Workflow

1. Report

Contact the vendor via "Contact Store" in your dashboard or email support.

2. Liaison

Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect to our team.

3. Inspection

The vendor verifies the product state upon arrival at their facility.

4. Refund

Once confirmed, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Logistics Disclaimer:

Relgil Technologies LTD does not own delivery vehicles. All shipping and return transportation are performed by third-party vendors. Relgil acts as an intermediary to ensure vendors fulfill their refund obligations for defective goods.

Security Note: Confirm the product's condition before giving the OTP to the vendor's dispatch person.
