Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for a safe, fair, and reliable marketplace.
"By accessing Relgil, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them simple so you know exactly where you stand, whether you are buying a phone, home appliances or selling electronic system."
1. The Marketplace Agreement
Relgil provides a platform to connect independent vendors with buyers. By using our site, you agree that Relgil is the facilitator of the transaction, while the vendor is responsible for the actual product quality and the physical delivery process.
2. Payments & Escrow Protection
To protect our community, we operate a secure escrow system. When a buyer pays for an item, the funds are held by Relgil. These funds are only released to the vendor after the buyer provides the correct Delivery OTP, confirming the item has been physically handed over.
3. Delivery OTP Protocol
The Delivery OTP is a binding digital signature. Buyers must never share this code before inspecting their item. Vendors are strictly prohibited from requesting the OTP via phone, chat, or WhatsApp. The exchange of the OTP must happen in person at the point of delivery.
4. Vendor Logistics Responsibility
Vendors on Relgil handle their own shipping and delivery logistics. The vendor is responsible for ensuring the item is packaged safely and delivered within the promised timeframe. Relgil is not liable for delays caused by the vendor's chosen logistics method.
5. The 7-Day Technical Window
Buyers have 7 days from the moment of OTP verification to report factory defects. Vendors are required to honor this window for all electronics, solar equipment, and appliances. After 7 days, the sale is considered final, and further issues fall under the manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
6. Prohibited Conduct
We have zero tolerance for the sale of counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items. Vendors found harassing customers will be permanently banned, and their pending payouts may be forfeited for buyer compensation.
Limitation of Liability
Relgil is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect installation of appliances by non-certified technicians. We provide the platform and the security, but the technical usage of products is the responsibility of the buyer and the quality is guaranteed by the vendor.
